Welcome to Miramar,

part of Theoule sur Mer, where you will find my exclusive, luxury villa which I had built to my own taste nearly 20 years ago. I chose this elevated spot because we are totally surrounded by glistening sea on 3 sides giving me an uninterrupted panoramic view from the snow capped Alps, below and across to Cap d’Antibes, and in the foreground, the bay of Cannes with both the Lerins islands, around and across to the west with the red rock rugged Esterel mountains and nestled below me, the small tourist harbor and beaches of La Figueirette.

The resort of Theoule, just 45 minutes from Nice airport, was formally a small fishing village and has remained a small village of detached villas clinging onto the hillsides. It now is popular for its lovely clean sandy beaches, rocky coves, and hidden bays - because it is uniquely set away from the busy coast road and rail lines, and is one of the most exclusive areas in all of France with none of the features of dense residential resorts of the region. The beaches shelve steeply and the water is crystal clear, wonderful for diving or snorkeling. Boat trips run daily for a breath taking day out to the Isle de Lerins, St Tropez or around the stunning red rocks, coves and inlets of the Esterel mountains, avoiding the traffic.

Behind our villa there is direct access to several recommended hiking and cycling trails taking you into the centre of the Esterel mountains nature reserve, with stunning coastal views only accessible by foot or bicycle.
There are world class golf courses throughout this famous region, but the oldest and prettiest set next to the sea is just 15 minutes away at La Napoule with a more recently opened course at Mandelieu.
Theoule has an excellent selection of restaurants to suit all price ranges and most come with stunning sea views.
For shopping Theoule has 2 excellent supermarkets, bakers and other small outlets, and there is a large hypermarket 15 minutes away at Mandelieu, along with banks and more restaurants. For more shopping, just 30 minutes away is Cannes with all its famous exclusive designer boutiques in Rue d’Antibes, and many varied restaurants. There are also events, festivals and firework displays.
